What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing is 12 months for the price of 10 (two months free) and locks in your rate for the entire year. Plus Annual is $120/year (vs $144 paid monthly) — save $24. Pro Annual is $290/year (vs $348 paid monthly) — save $58.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes — cancel any time from your billing page. After cancellation, you retain full access until the end of your current billing period, then drop to the Free tier. All sales are final, so cancel before the next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time from your billing page. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading or canceling, you keep your current plan features until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
No — once you're charged, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial credits, or pro-rated returns for any reason, including unused subscription time, accidental renewals, or dissatisfaction with the product. That's why every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial: cancel anytime during the trial and you're never charged.
